• All custom jewelry are made per order, therefore refunds are not possible. However, please be assured that it is our goal to satisfy our customers.
  
• Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy

• The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
  
• Shipping is calculated based on weight of item(s) ordered and includes a handling charge.
  
• Shipping time will depend on order placement and completion date. Most items ship out within 1 to 15 business days after receipt of payment.
• We ship using USPS First Class (insured), Priority or Express Mail.
  
• We only ship within the United States, Alaska & Hawaii.
  
• We do not ship internationally at this time.
  
• If you notice that a package arrived damaged, please do not accept it. Notify us as soon as you can.
