Q: Does it cost more to customize?

A: Chic Chica Innovations will work within your budget and desired style to customize your order. Our current designs are available at no extra charge. Please be aware the some natural stones cost more than others due to the quality of the material. Feel free send pictures of your ideas and make notes on your order form.

Q: What happens after I fill out the order form?

A: You will be contacted within 24-48 hrs to confirm your order specifications and to make every attempt to understand your jewelry expectations. Our beading process will only start after our consultation.

 

Q: Do I pay in full for my custom jewelry?

A: Yes. Full payment is due at time of order, using our secure PayPal shopping cart.

 

Q: When will my custom order be ready?

A: All orders take about 2-3 weeks and can be shipped via USPS. If you’re planning to have your order for a prom, wedding or other major event, please contact at least two months in advance.

 

Q: Do you offer a group discount?

A: Yes. Please contact us for more information.

 

Q: I’m interested in making an order but I’m not ready to make a purchase, can I obtain an estimate?

A: Yes. Please send an email to Chic Chica Innovations to obtain a free estimate.

 

Q: Do you have a store where I can see the jewelry?

A: No. All orders are currently placed at chicchica.com however we do have our more elaborate pieces such as tiaras available for demonstration purposes. These pieces can only be shown locally within the Boston, MA area.
